王旭—研究员

      王旭,中国医学科学院输血研究所研究员、血浆蛋白质研究中心课题组组长、博士生导师,中国医学科学院北京协和医学院准长聘教职引进人才。
      王旭博士2015年毕业于北京协和医学院,获博士学位。2016-2021年先后在美国国家儿童医学中心和马里兰大学医学院从事博士后研究,2021-2023年在马里兰大学医学院担任副研究员,2024年加入中国医学科学院输血研究所,担任研究员。长期聚焦于天然免疫检查点在炎症性、代谢性疾病中的作用机制,靶向干预与临床转化,以第一/共一作者在Cell Metabolism,Science Translational Medicine,Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy等杂志发表高水平论文。相关工作具有重要的临床转化价值和应用前景,获得FDA批准临床试验4项,申请国际专利4项,参与研发的CD24Fc项目以4.25亿美元转让默沙东公司。
 
研究方向:
课题组致力于研究重大共性疾病的免疫调节机制与转化应用,包括:
1. 天然免疫应答与炎症性、代谢性疾病;
2. 心血管、血液系统稳态及相关疾病的免疫调控机制与靶向干预;
3. 免疫稳态失衡与重大疾病发生发展。
