刘忠—主任技师

                                                                       
       刘忠，博士，毕业于德国洪堡大学，协和学者特聘教授，博士生导师。入选四川省学术和技术带头人，全国抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进个人等称号。主要从事临床输血的安全和有效性研究，在感染性输血安全、精准输血及血液保存方面有较深入的研究。先后发表论文200多篇，其中SCI收录文章近百篇，期刊包括JAMA、ACSNano、Haematol等，单篇他引最高700余次，主编专著5本，专利10余项，成果转化3项。

       北京协和医学院输血医学系执行主任、中国医学科学院输血不良反应研究重点实验室主任、中国医学科学院输血研究所副所长、中华预防医学会血液安全专业委员会主任委员、四川省输血协会理事长、《中国输血杂志》主编。第41届国际低温医学、生物学大会(CRYO2004)秘书长，第49届国际低温生物学大会（CRYO2017）副主席等。获省部级科技进步奖5项。
