在血液供应链管理研究方向，发表英文EI期刊文章1篇、中文核心期刊文章3篇；开发横向合作研究机构1家；申报并获批立项2014年度国家自然科学基金青年基金项目；代表输血研究所作为合作单位参与2014年度国家自然科学基金重点项目的申报并获批立项，平台承担该项目的部分研究工作。在献血者招募研究方向，开发横向合作研究机构3家；在第七届全国输血大会上，平台成员以第一作者身份与合作单位共同投稿1篇，稿件全文刊登发表并在分会场发言；完成输血医学系研究生课程《输血医学概论》中《献血者招募基本原则》章节的讲义编写。在血液资源管理系统优化研究方向，完成四川省卫计委组织的科技成果鉴定1项；申报四川省医学奖1项；承担国家卫计委2014年血液管理培训班《血液管理案例分析》课程的教学任务。
近两年全体成员的忘我工作、共同努力，为平台的未来发展打下了坚实的基础。
Blood resource management research platform focuses on research of blood resource safety and management. The platform’s research directions are as the following: blood supply chain management, blood donor recruitment, optimization of blood resource management system, emergency management of blood resource, etc. At present, all the above mentioned work has been fulfilled well, and the first phase construction in two key research directions of blood supply chain management and blood donor recruitment have also been completed.
In research direction of blood supply chain management, a project of National Natural Science Foundation of China has been approved, one cooperation research project added, an EI-indexed journal and three Chinese journal articles published. With enough research ability, the platform has also been invited to join in the research of a key project of National Natural Science Foundation of China.
In research direction of blood donor recruitment, three cooperation research projects have been added, an article published and reported on the 7th national congress of Chinese Society of Blood Transfusion, and a graduate textbook content on blood donor recruitment completed.
In research direction of optimization of blood resource management system, an appraisal of research production and an applying for medical awards have been completed, a teaching task on the example analysis of blood management accomplished.
Through hard work by all the platform members, the development target for the first year has been achieved, which is a good start for the platform to do better in the near future.

朱明
理学学士、工学学士、管理学硕士、工学博士，卫生管理专业副研究员，高等学校信息管理与信息系统专业教师资格。作为主要完成人承担并完成过国家自然科学基金项目、水利部重点项目、大型横向合作项目、卫生行业专项的研究任务，在计算机模型、算法以及管理系统优化等方面有研究专长。目前主要从事卫生管理及血液资源安全方向的研究工作。近年来，以第一或通讯作者身份发表文章9篇，其中EI期刊文章4篇。Tel：86-28-61648547 E-mail:zhumingibt@163.com
Zhu Ming, associate professor, holds science bachelor's degree, engineering bachelor's degrees, management master degree and PHD. Being good at the research of computer model, algorithm and management system optimization, Dr. Zhu is focusing on the research of health management and blood resource safety, during recent years who has published 9 journal articles, including 4 EI journal articles.
